What does a Property Inspection/Property Condition Report Entail?

TrendSource provides a wide range of scopes for Property "Site" Inspections, ranging from basic “drive-by” evaluations to more detailed reports with property sketches and measurements, depending on clients’ needs. For more comprehensive Inspections requiring interior property access, Inspectors schedule a professional appointment with the property contact. Qualifications/requirements/materials include:

Digital camera or high quality cell phone camera
Taking measurements (*some Inspections require a measuring wheel or 100ft measuring tape)
Knowledge of direction (N,S,E,W)
Knowledge of construction types
Ability to draw an accurate floor plan sketch of a property building (*some Inspections)
A Property Evaluation Certification – because many Inspections involve a professional appointment, we require Inspectors to go through a quick and easy professional certification to ensure we are sending out quality Inspectors.

Compensation varies depending on the scope of work required, but Inspectors are paid per evaluation and payment is issued twice a month via mail or direct deposit.
