What Does an OnSite Business Inspection Entail?

TrendSource’s OnSite Inspection Clients include: Credit Bureaus, Resellers of Consumer Reports, Background Check Companies, as well as other major confidential reporting companies who provide reports to complying requesting parties. These OnSite Inspections are done to ensure Customers are in compliance with specific guidelines required by the Clients, Credit Bureaus, and both the Fair Credit Reporting and Dodd-Frank Acts. A typical Inspection will involve documenting the physical conditions existing at a business location by answering scripted questions and taking specific photographs. Most inspections will require a face-to-face site visit to evaluate and document whether or not the company you are inspecting appears to be a legitimate business, if it’s located at said address, and where and how the confidential requested information will be received and stored.

Qualifications and Requirements include:

Compensation varies depending on the type of work required and amount of photos required, but Inspectors are paid per Inspection and payment is issued twice a month via mail or direct deposit.
